The Developments of Lucheng in Overseas Chinese's Eyes ④丨Italian girl explores the entrepreneurial story of the young overseas Chinese

Aside from beautiful landscapes and profound cultural heritage, Lucheng also has enterprising Wenzhou people who have been composing those moving songs of entrepreneurship. Recently, Viviana , a foreign anchor from Italy, interviewed the young entrepreneurs Zhou Kai and Fang Chenguang from the Lucheng overseas Chinese community. Let's listen to them sharing their entrepreneurial stories.

Zhou Kai Member of Wenzhou CPPCC, Member of Zhejiang Youth Federation, Executive Vice President of Youth Committee of World-wide Wenzhounese Friendship Union, currently in charge of several companies such as Jiangsu Deqiao Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Wenzhou Kanglong Petrochemical Co., Ltd. Zhou Kai once lived in Brazil for a short time, but later voluntarily gave up his Brazilian permanent residency and returned to China to start a business.

Interviewee

Fang Chenguang French National Registered Architect, once lived in France for 7 years in his early years, studying architectural design. In his eyes, Paris is like a library, in which different ideas can collide and generate creative sparks. After returning to China in 2009, Fang Chenguang founded the Shanghai Chuanzhen Architects Office, designed and created Zhejiang Creative Park, Mifang CulturalCreative Park, Longxi Art Museum and Gongyuan Road Ruyingfang.

为庆祝建党100周年，助推鹿城“五大城市品牌”建设，鹿城区侨 联推出《“侨”见鹿城发展》系列双语节目，以“侨”的视角，展现温州鹿城在经济、文化、生活等各方面所取得的巨大成就。节目将通过温州市海外传播中心（海外传播官之家）双语媒体集群向海内外播出。本期视频节目主题为《意大利姑娘探寻侨界青创故事》。

温州鹿城，不仅有秀美的山水，有深厚的文化底蕴，还有奋进的温州人，谱写着一曲曲动人的创业歌。今年以来，鹿城围绕“创在鹿城”双创品牌打造，全面掀起科创项目建设新热潮，让鹿城成为创新创业的高地和热土。近日，来自意大利的外籍主播Viviana（苏适安），就走近鹿城籍侨界青年创客周凯、方晨光，倾听他们分享自己的创业故事。

周凯是温州市政协委员、浙江省青联委员、世界温州人联谊总会青年委员会常务副会长，目前担任江苏德侨装备制造有限公司、温州康龙石油化工有限公司等多家企业的负责人。身为“侨二代”，周凯曾旅居巴西一段时间，但后来主动放弃在巴西的永久居住权回到中国。“那时候，我发现国内的市场前景无限，机会遍地，于是我依毅然放弃了在巴西很好的工作机会，回到国内。”周凯说道。2021年，周凯联合康奈集团，在鹿城设立了温州抖音电商直播基地，他表示，该基地的建成将大大促进温州传统鞋企的数字化改革，助力“中国鞋都”向“世界鞋都”的跨越。谈及对鹿城未来发展的期许，周凯认为，在未来，温州鹿城既要做好文化和历史的挖掘与发扬，也要注重数字化和传统产业的结合，推动传统产业的发展，希望家乡越来越好。

方晨光是法国国家注册建筑师，早年在法国旅居7年，学习建筑设计。在他眼里，巴黎就像一座图书馆，不同的思维能在这座图书馆里进行碰撞，产生出创意的火花。法国的7年，让方晨光开拓了眼界，使其对建筑设计有了更深入的理解。2009年回国后，方晨光创立了上海椽桢建筑设计师事务所，设计创作了浙江创意园7号艺术中心、米房Cei创意园、龙溪艺术馆和公园路儒英坊等。其中，米房Cei创意园由旧的面粉厂改造而来，既保留了面粉厂原有的历史感，又注入了新的时尚元素，使整个创意园焕发出活力。“空间美学与市民息息相关。在未来，希望有更多的归国艺术人才能受到社会的关注和支持。”方晨光说。
